These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this Website and participation in programs provided by Systems That Shine By using this Website or enrolling in our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Website immediately.

Content: training materials, templates, guides, videos, text, and other resources provided by Systems That Shine.

Services: all training programs, digital content, and community access provided by Systems That Shine

8. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in Cdn dollars unless stated otherwise. All prices listed are exclusive of applicable taxes. If you are a resident of Canada, applicable GST/HST, PST, or QST will be added to your order at checkout based on your province or territory. Your order is a contractual offer. A binding agreement occurs when we send a confirmation email. Payment is due at the time of order or according to the plan selected.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds after purchase. However, we may offer flexibility such as pausing or rescheduling.
